Matt Hochradel joined Compass Commercial Mortgage in 2006 as an associate and loan closer. Matt’s responsiblities include preparation and distribution of marketing materials, property research and analysis as well as all areas of the loan closing process including transactional management and direct interaction with both clients and lenders alike.
Prior to joining the team at Compass, Matt worked in the banking industry most recently as an Assistant Branch Manager for Comerica Bank in Plymouth, MI. Prior to this, he worked as a Mortgage Banker for Group One Mortgage in Livonia, MI.
Matt’s educational background includes a B.B.A. in General Business from Eastern Michigan University.
